Our Brut Cava Plaisir D'or is made from the best Macabeo grapes, after a rest in the cellar of at least 10 months, undergo a second fermentation process. With this method, an elegant, clean and dry cava, a subtle and lingering aroma, with hints of dried fruit and hay is obtained. Best served at a temperature of 6 °C to 8 °C, to be consumed with all types of specialties, particularly rice and fish.
